Located on a 1.4 acre oceanfront lot in the prestigious neighborhood of Maria Bluff, our villas are an easy 8 minute drive to the restaurants, shops, and nightlife in Cruz Bay, and less than 15 minutes to St. John's world famous beaches. Our two villas are called Bordo Mare (which means "Edge of the Sea") and Sopra Mare (which means "Above the Sea").
Both villas treat you to sweeping ocean views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets both inside and outside of your villa. The unobstructed panoramic ocean views also mean your villa is constantly bathed by the prevailing easterly trade winds, which keep you cool all day long. Each villa is fully air conditioned, has 2 king bedrooms with private baths, private saltwater pool with solar heater, half bath accessible from inside and outside of villa, off-street parking for 2 cars, chef's kitchen, ample indoor and outdoor lounging and dining options, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Thomas, and a few smaller nearby islands.
Spectacular Views Inside & Out
One of the many unique features of our villas are "accordion doors" that can be completely opened to seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living spaces. When opened they provide unobstructed Caribbean sea views, the sounds of waves crashing onto the rocky shore below, and the refreshing smell of ocean air throughout your villa. Multiple rooms in each villa offer this innovative feature.
Private Heated Salt Pool
Each villa has its own private pool, patio with lounge chairs, sunny and shady outdoor seating options, outdoor dining table, and propane grill. Salt pools are better for your skin than chlorine pools and are better for the environment because they require little-to-no chemicals. Solar heaters warm your pool to the mid-80's (versus high 70's unheated). And of course, the endless Caribbean Sea views are ever present whether your are inside your villa, on a balcony, or hanging out in your pool or patio. Complimentary beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for days you choose to visit St. John's world famous beaches.
